Greystar in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for multiple apartment communities, lead a property team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

You will drive leasing performance, supervise staff, coordinate maintenance, and partner with ownership to maximize occupancy and revenue while delivering outstanding resident service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and reports.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents and posting fees; review financial status monthly.
• Approve invoices from vendors and manage payment processes.
• Control expenditures to stay within approved budgets and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, notices, evictions, and renewals.
• Gather and analyze market trends to drive marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Assist in client/owner relationships with updates and property tours.
• Complete accounting, financial, and administrative reports as assigned.
