Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Community Manager to serve as the on-site business and operational leader for a Core Spaces community in Tucson. You will drive property performance through leadership, financial accountability, and exceptional resident experience.

You will oversee leasing, operations, and maintenance, partner with university stakeholders, vendors, and corporate partners, and ensure staffing, service delivery, and compliance align with company standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of property management experience, preferably within student housing, multifamily, hospitality, or related industries.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and performance analysis.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive property performance and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing on-site team across leasing, operations, resident experience, and maintenance.
• Own and manage the property budget, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Oversee day-to-day property operations and ensure adherence to company standards.
