You will oversee rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting while coordinating marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' supervisory experience in residential properties or related operations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience acceptable in residential property operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site staff to meet daily goals and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee rent collections, delinquency management, and evictions as needed.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and coordinate budgeting processes.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident retention to maximize occupancy.
• Monitor market trends and review financial reports for performance insights.
• Lead vendor management, project coordination, and safety/compliance.
