Job summary

Asset Living is actively seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community on site, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration and risk management to ensure compliance with Asset Living's policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.

You will lead staffing, scheduling and training, manage budgets and leasing strategies, address resident concerns, and coordinate emergency responses to maintain high

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site staff and daily operations.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Prepare weekly office & maintenance staff schedules.
• Manage budgets and financial reporting, including deposits and rent collections.
• Lead leasing and marketing plans; ensure timely documentation of leases.
• Address resident concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate emergency response and safety procedures.
