Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and administration under the Regional Manager, ensuring policy compliance and resident satisfaction.

The role emphasizes financial management, marketing, and emergency preparedness, with a focus on cost control, revenue optimization, and staff development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred or related experience may substitute.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer/software literacy for on-site management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site housing community operations under Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and administrative activities.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and operating forecasts.
• Monitor rent collections, deposits, and vendor invoices for timely processing.
• Coordinate marketing plans to optimize leasing and occupancy.
• Respond to resident complaints and maintain high resident satisfaction.
• Lead emergency response for property and ensure safety/compliance.
