Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Property Manager to lead a multifamily community on-site, driving occupancy, resident satisfaction, and revenue. You will oversee leasing, on-site teams, budgets, and the overall living experience, ensuring top-notch maintenance and financial performance.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in residential property management with 2+ years in a supervisory role, strong communication, and proficiency with Entrata and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of multifamily property management experience.
• 2+ years of team leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Budgeting, reporting, and expense management experience.
• Proficiency with property management systems and MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including leasing, resident relations, work orders, and vendor coordination.
• Lead on-site leasing and maintenance teams; hire, train, schedule, and support.
• Market property with partners to attract and renew residents.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and ensure rent collection.
• Be the primary resident contact, address concerns, and foster community.
• Maintain property conditions, inspections, and capital improvements.
• Submit accurate financial reports and manage payroll and commissions.
• Engage with local apartment associations and monitor competitive landscape.
