Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Property Manager to lead one of our multifamily communities, guiding daily operations, leasing, and on‑site teams to deliver an exceptional living experience for residents.

You'll own the numbers, drive occupancy and revenue, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and build a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced, resident‑focused environment. Collaborate with regional leadership and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of multifamily property management experience.
• 2+ years leading a on-site leasing and maintenance team.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing budgets, rent collection, and reporting.
• Proficient with property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations, leasing, and resident relations.
• Lead on-site leasing and maintenance teams, hire and train staff.
• Collaborate with marketing to attract residents and renew leases.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue; ensure rent collection.
• Ensure property inspections, maintenance standards and capital improvements.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure compliance.
