Job summary

Two Coast Living seeks a Property Manager to lead a multifamily community on-site in Sherman Oaks, CA. You will drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and revenue while managing leasing, maintenance, and a on-site team.

You’ll own budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting, while ensuring excellent resident relations, safety, and property upkeep. This is a full-time leadership role requiring hands-on leadership and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Manages on-site teams and vendor relationships to maintain property operations.
