Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Property Manager to lead a multifamily community on-site. You’ll oversee daily operations, leasing, resident relations, and on-site teams, turning the property into a thriving community while driving occupancy and revenue.

The role requires 4+ years of residential property management and 2+ years of supervisory experience; you’ll manage budgets, oversee maintenance, and collaborate with regional leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of multifamily property management experience required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Entrata and MS Office.
• Strong budgeting, reporting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations including leasing and resident relations.
• Lead and support on-site leasing and maintenance teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote the property and renew leases.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize revenue.
• Ensure rent collection and financial reporting accuracy.
• Maintain maintenance standards and capital improvements.
• Prepare financial reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
