Responsibilities

• Conduct JLL Management Compliance Review.
• Inspect properties and coordinate maintenance, repair, and renovation projects.
• Manage major construction projects and review specifications.
• Support lease discussions and lease administration.
• Oversee on-site management and engineering personnel.
• Develop budgets and financial reporting; capital improvement planning.
