Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior General Manager to lead an office property management portfolio, delivering exceptional client and tenant service while driving budgets, CAM reconciliations and capital projects. You will mentor staff and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture across the team.

The role requires a decade of property management experience, a strong financial mindset, and a California Real Estate license within six months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
• Minimum of ten years of commercial property management experience including recent office property management
• Must have strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and related financial reports
• Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation and administration
• Must have at least 5 years of management experience
• California Real Estate license required within the first six months of employment
• Experience using a property management accounting platform such as Yardi, Kardin or MRI is required

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to your team and deliver outstanding client and tenant service while managing an office portfolio
• Prepare budgets and financial reports, and manage TI or capital improvement projects
• Develop staff and build a collaborative, high-performing work culture
• Communicate effectively with building owners, tenants, and vendors to sustain relationships and resolve issues
