The role requires a decade of property management experience, California licensing, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree desirable.
• Minimum ten years of commercial property management experience with office properties.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, CAM reconciliations and related reports.
• Familiar with building systems, lease negotiation and administration.
• Must have at least five years of management experience and a California Real Estate license within six months.

Responsibilities

• Lead the office portfolio, ensuring client and tenant satisfaction and superior service.
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and manage TI and capital improvement projects.
• Develop staff and communicate effectively with owners, tenants and vendors.
• Create strategic, collaborative solutions and foster an inclusive, high‑performing culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization and with external clients.
