Job summary

JLL in San Francisco, CA is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead property operations on-site, drive financial results, and ensure client and tenant satisfaction. The role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and effective communication with owners and tenants.

You will manage budgets, capital plans, and vendor relationships while coordinating maintenance, renovations, and lease discussions. A real estate license is preferred and travel within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of commercial real estate or property management experience.
• Three (3) to four (4) years of experience managing a team of three (3) or more people.

Responsibilities

• Manage properties in accordance with JLL standards and the Management Agreement.
• Oversee budgets and financial reporting; develop capital improvement plans.
• Coordinate lease discussions, negotiations and tenant relations.
• Direct on-site maintenance, engineering, and vendor contracts.
• Lead property team and communicate with building owners and tenants.
