Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks an on-site community accounting support to oversee financial operations at a rental community. You will collect rent, process invoices, post payments, and generate monthly financial reports using Yardi/OneSite.

The role requires 1–3 years in property management, understanding lease terms, and strong communication. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; a valid driver’s license is a plus. This is an on-site position in Colorado/Arvada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years minimum in residence life and/or property management.
• Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Collects and posts rent and other payments; prepares daily bank deposits and reconciles accounts.
• Operates property management software (Yardi/OneSite/Entrata) and ensures data integrity.
• Reviews resident files to identify unpaid or late fees and communicates with residents on balances.
• Reviews and submits vendor invoices; coordinates with accounting and owners for payment.
• Follows eviction procedures as required and represents the community in court hearings.
• Manages move-outs; applies deposits and lease cancellation fees per policy.
• Responds to resident questions and service issues to promote satisfaction and retention.
• Assists in leasing and marketing by greeting prospects and guiding applications.
