Job summary

Greystar in Denver seeks an on-site Assistant Community Manager with a finance focus to supervise daily financial operations of a residential community. You will collect rent, post deposits, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial reports using Yardi/OneSite/Entrata.

The role requires a 1–3 year background in property management or residence life, excellent communication, and the ability to work closely with the Community Manager and owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred with 1–3 years in residence life or property management.
• Experience handling finances, invoices, deposits, and reconciliations with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process rent and other payments, post deposits, and reconcile bank accounts daily.
• Operate Yardi/OneSite/Entrata to record transactions and maintain data integrity.
• Review leases and outstanding balances, communicate with residents, and pursue delinquencies.
• Review and approve vendor invoices, code charges, and coordinate with owners and accounting.
• Support evictions per policy, manage move-outs, and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Assist in leasing and marketing activities and provide tours and application support.
• Act as on-site supervisor in the absence of the Community Manager and coordinate tasks.
