Job summary

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Colorado Springs to support the Community Manager with financial operations, rent processing, and reporting. You will use Yardi/OneSite to record transactions, prepare monthly close-outs, and assist with vendor invoices and collections.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in property management, strong communication, and a detail-oriented, team-oriented mindset. This on-site role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with relevant experience in property management or residence life.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collects rent and payments, posts transactions, and reconciles bank statements.
• Operates Yardi/OneSite/Entrata, enters data accurately and backs up systems.
• Reviews resident accounts for delinquencies and enforces lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Prepares financial reports and processes invoices and payables.
• Assists in coordinating property operations and responds to resident inquiries promptly.
