Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations at an apartment community. You will lead staff, manage leasing processes, budgets, and resident relations while ensuring service excellence. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

On-site role with a flexible schedule, including some weekends. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3+ years in multi-family property management, proficient in MS Office and property management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead property staff including interviewing candidates, onboarding, training, timesheet approval, and year-end assessments.
• Drive team performance, provide feedback, and manage disciplinary actions with HR support.
• Provide ongoing training for leasing paperwork, safety, and daily operations.
• Motivate staff through recognition, training, and team-building activities.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to budgets.
