Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a housing community on-site in Bella Vista, AR. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financial reporting, and ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

Key responsibilities include developing yearly budgets, marketing plans, resident retention programs, and delivering outstanding customer service while coordinating with regional leadership to maximize NOI and resident

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or four years experience in housing; or one to two years related experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site staff and recruit/train.
• Develop yearly marketing plan and leasing strategies.
• Monitor rent collections and deposits.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety and fair housing.
• Handle resident concerns and retention programs.
• Plan and manage budgets and operating forecasts.
