Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager in Cave Springs, AR to lead day-to-day operations of a housing community on-site. You will supervise staff, enforce policies, and ensure safety and fair housing compliance while managing leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with preference for a 4-year housing background or CAM/ARM certification; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ housing industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations and supervise staff to ensure policy compliance and safe housing practices.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor financial reporting for the property.
• Manage leasing, marketing, maintenance, and resident relations to maximize NOI and resident satisfaction.
