Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site in Maumelle, AR. You will lead staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financial activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires developing budgets, supervising staff, and delivering excellent resident service. CAM/ARM certifications are preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Experience managing on-site teams in property management is preferred.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Personnel Management and on-site staff.
• Supervise leasing, maintenance, and administrative functions.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and financial reporting.
• Manage leasing strategies, marketing plans, and resident relations.
• Lead emergency response for the property and ensure safety compliance.
