• Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• Four years' housing industry experience optional.
• One to two years related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Personnel Management and staff supervision.
• On-site attendance and daily operations management.
• Develop and implement staff training and coaching.
• Manage budgets, deposits, rents, and vendor invoices.
• Lead leasing strategies and resident retention programs.
