Responsibilities include staff development, budget creation, marketing plans, resident relations, and timely reporting. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree or CAM/ARM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing/property management operations.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to manage on-site staff and maintenance teams.
