Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, and risk management to ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.

Lead budgeting, rent collections, and vendor invoices while delivering excellent resident service and maintaining property appearance. Experience in housing and Fair Housing knowledge is preferred; CAM/ARM is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ housing industry experience; or an equivalent combination.

Responsabilités

• Personnel Management: supervise on-site staff and ensure training and performance coaching.
• Financial Management: develop operating budgets/forecasts and monitor rent collections and deposits.
• Strategic Leasing Management: develop yearly marketing plan and leasing strategies; ensure lease signings and reporting accuracy.
• Administrative & Maintenance Management: ensure timely reporting, oversee maintenance, and respond to emergencies with staff and residents.
