Job summary

Skanska USA is seeking a Project Engineer to support on-site coordination, contract setup, and project administration across construction projects. You will help manage submittals, RFIs, PMIS data, and permit processes while coordinating with clients, trade contractors, and design partners.

On-site role requiring strong communication, organization, and a collaborative approach to meet project milestones. Salary ranges from USD 74,375 to USD 92,750 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years creating RFIs and client correspondence per contract provisions.
• 1+ years reading construction plans and specs for submittals and shop drawings.
• 1+ years' experience with project closeout and final documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support project execution via contract setup, administration and field coordination.
• Maintain PMIS data, prepare bid packages, manage submittals and RFIs.
• Attend on-site meetings, monitor progress and coordinate among teams.
