Job summary

Skanska is seeking a Project Engineer to join the on-site Project Management Team. The role focuses on contract setup, submittals, and assisting with bid packages, change orders, and project scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience creating documentation such as RFIs and client correspondence related to contract provisions.
• 1-3 years reading and understanding construction plans and drawings and the associated technical specifications.
• 1-3 years of experience with project close-out.
• Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience (or 8 years of experience).

Responsibilities

• On-site member of the Project Management Team responsible for contract setup, submittals, and coordination.
• Assist with the bid package process and track submittal approvals and shop drawings.
• Assist with change orders and project scheduling to support time and cost targets.
