Skanska is seeking a dynamic Project Engineer to join the Project Management Team on-site. You will handle contract setup, submittals, and assist with bid packages, change orders, and scheduling. The role requires strong communication and client service skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• RFIs and client correspondence related to contract provisions.
• Reading and understanding construction plans and technical specs.
• Experience with project closeout processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree in CM, Engineering, or related field (or 8 years’ equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Set up contracts and submittals for projects.
• Assist with bid package preparation and changes.
• Support scheduling activities for the project.
• Coordinate submittals and shop drawing approvals with clients.
• Collaborate with PM team to meet project milestones.
