Job summary

Skanska USA is seeking a Project Engineer to support project execution across site and office activities. You will help with contract setup, project administration, field coordination, and maintain PMIS data, submittals, RFIs, and permit processes.

On-site you will monitor construction activities, inspect deliveries, participate in safety meetings, and coordinate with clients, trade contractors, and design partners to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of creating documentation such as RFIs and client correspondence related to contract provisions.
• 1+ years reading construction plans and specs and outlining required submission details.
• 1+ years' experience with project close out.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project execution, contract setup, and project administration.
• Support field coordination, monitor site activities, and maintain PMIS data.
• Prepare bid packages, manage submittals and RFIs, support permit processes, and maintain project documentation.
