AMJ is seeking a Project Executive to oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while aligning with scientific and regulatory requirements.

The role involves coordinating with Editorial, Design, Sales, Marketing, and external contractors, maintaining detailed documentation, and supporting client success with proactive communication.

Formación

• You ideally have 1-2 years of experience as a project coordinator or client success executive.
• Clear, proactive communicator who can navigate client needs and internal priorities.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills across multiple concurrent projects.
• Rigor around deliverables, documentation, and deadlines.
• Skilled at building rapport and delivering a consistent client experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support project delivery: Assist in coordinating the end‑to‑end delivery of projects (articles, infographics, podcasts, webinars), helping ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Maintain client communication: Support day‑to‑day communication with clients, helping ensure clear updates, responsiveness, and positive working relationships.
• Support performance reporting: Assist in preparing project performance summaries and analytics to help demonstrate engagement and results to clients.
• Coordinate across teams: Work closely with Editorial, Design, Sales, Marketing, and external contractors to help ensure projects progress smoothly and deadlines are met.
• Ensure accuracy and organization: Maintain detailed project documentation, track progress, flag potential risks, and support process improvements.
• Contribute to team success: Support account activities, share project insights, and assist in identifying opportunities to improve delivery and client outcomes.
