Job summary

American Medical Journal (AMJ) seeks a Project Coordinator to support end-to-end delivery of multi-channel healthcare content for pharmaceutical and industry clients. You will manage articles, infographics, podcasts, videos, and webinars, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with scientific and regulatory standards, while delivering an excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Up to 1 year of project coordination or client success experience.
• Experience in medical communications, healthcare, publishing, or pharmaceutical services is a plus.
• Proficient with office tools and basic reporting/analytics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of client projects (articles, infographics, podcasts, videos, webinars).
• Build and maintain project timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Support day-to-day client communication with clear updates.
• Coordinate with Editorial, Design, Sales, Marketing and external contractors.
• Ensure content meets scientific accuracy, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Prepare project performance summaries and engagement analytics.
