Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Everett, WA is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Senior Project Coordinator on a major facilities construction program for a key client.

This on-site role requires five days a week on site. You will assist with governance, data sharing, reporting, cost tracking, procurement, and coordinating with project teams, vendors and executives to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in project controls or administration.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Establish governance, processes, and systems for the project.
• Maintain information sharing and data retention for the project.
• Build relationships with client and team members; interface with stakeholders.
• Assist with project information flow between team members and stakeholders.
• Prepare status updates, logs, and monthly client reports.
• Contribute to procurement activities and supplier performance reporting.
• Support risk management and change control processes.
