Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project management services for clients in the construction sector. You will assist with governance, planning, reporting, and coordinating information across multiple stakeholders.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data retention, and proactive communications with executives, vendors, and the project team to drive on-time, high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Project Coordination or administrative role within the construction industry.
• BA/BS in Business, Construction, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in project controls or administration.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite; especially Excel.
• Interior fit-out experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in ensuring the project is managed to quality standards and completed efficiently and on time.
• Assist with establishing governance, processes, and systems to be used throughout the project.
• Ensure key information is shared and retained.
• Build and maintain relationships with the client and team members.
• Interface with stakeholders including executive management, project team members, consultants and vendors.
• Assist with flow of project information between team members/stakeholders.
• Attend meetings, update and maintain issues/actions logs.
• Develop detailed project plans and participate in status meetings.
• Contribute to monthly reporting for the Client's program.
• Prepare reports for audiences including formal PM reports and dashboards.
• Assist with proposals for new projects or variations to existing projects.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role.
