Turner & Townsend in Seattle is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team and support project management services for our clients. You will help ensure quality standards, timely delivery, and effective governance across projects.

The role involves assisting the Project Manager, maintaining project documentation, building relationships with clients and team members, and coordinating information across stakeholders. SOX controls may apply where relevant.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Project Coordination or administrative role within the construction industry is preferred.
• BA/BS in Business, Construction, Architecture, or related field; relevant work experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager to ensure the project meets quality standards and is completed on time.
• Assist with establishing governance, processes and systems for the project.
• Ensure key information is shared and retained effectively.
• Build and maintain strong client and team relationships.
• Interact with stakeholders including executives, team members, consultants and vendors.
• Help manage the flow of project information between team members and stakeholders.
• Attend meetings, update issues/logs, and follow up on action items.
• Develop detailed project plans and support status meetings and close-out of items.
• Contribute to monthly client program reporting and executive dashboards.
• Assist with proposals for new or modified projects.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of the role where applicable.
