Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Controller to provide essential admin and project support for construction projects in Seattle. You will manage contract docs, draft SOWs, route cost commitments, and assist in client presentations and deliverables.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. On-site presence is required with opportunities for collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 products
• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools for large data sets
• Experience using data analytics/visualization tools (Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau) preferred
• Experience managing people is a plus
• Strong EDMS/DMS experience
• Understanding of construction documentation

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and route project contract documents, amendments, and other contractual documentation.
• Draft and coordinate Statements of Work (SOWs) per project requirements.
• Route purchase orders, change orders, and other cost commitments for review and approval.
• Track contract execution status and maintain project documentation and records.
• Support Project Managers with day-to-day project administration and coordination.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, meeting materials, and status reports.
• Coordinate project meetings, capture minutes, and track action items.
• Maintain project schedules, trackers, and reporting tools for status communication.
• Assist with budget tracking, document control, and project closeout activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to facilitate project execution.
• Ensure project documentation complies with company standards and client requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to CI initiatives.
