Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project management services for clients in the construction sector. You will assist the Project Manager to maintain quality standards, ensure on-time delivery, and support governance and reporting activities.

The role involves coordinating information flow among diverse teams, supporting status meetings, and contributing to client dashboards and proposals. On-site presence may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Project Coordination or administrative role within the construction industry is preferred.
• BA/BS in Business, Construction, Architecture, or related field; relevant experience may substitute for degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in project controls or administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager to ensure the project meets quality standards and is completed on time.
• Help establish governance, processes, and systems for the project.
• Ensure key information and data are shared and retained effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and team members.
• Interface with stakeholders including executives, project team members, consultants and vendors.
• Assist with the flow of project information among team members and stakeholders.
• Attend meetings, update and maintain issue/action logs, and follow up on completion status.
• Develop detailed project plans and participate in status meetings and follow-ups.
• Contribute to monthly reporting and prepare various client-facing reports.
• Assist with proposals for new projects or variations; support SOX control adherence where applicable.
