Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a driven and curious Project Controls Cost Manager to support our Program Management Team on-site in Spartanburg, SC. You will oversee cost controls, forecasting, and reporting, driving EPC project financial discipline and risk management.

As a key member of the EPC support team, you will manage cost reporting, progress tracking, and client communications while assisting the Project Services Director in leading the Project Controls team.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of project cost controls experience.
• Extensive experience with Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Experience with collecting and reporting on field progress / quantities installed.
• Experience coordinating and executing project issues across various projects.
• Experience aligning construction cost with a Primavera P6 schedule.
• Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues.
• Must be able to take a full-time on-site role in Spartanburg, SC – per diem package offered.
• Must have led teams on multi-million/billion EPC Projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall program construction cost controls and reporting function by providing client management, updates, and presentations at all levels of management.
• Assist the Program Project Services Director with management of the Project Controls team.
• Coordinate and monitor cost control activities across EPC projects.
