Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work (or related discipline) or a combination of relevant education and experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a social services organization (leading programs, projects, or staff).
• Ability to pass fingerprint clearance and background checks.
• Experience working with vulnerable populations and community resources is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve grant objectives by supervising the Case Manager and Housing Specialist, providing expertise and QA.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations of case management, intake, service plans, and housing stability plans.
• Conduct weekly case conferences and monthly case file audits to ensure records are complete and accurate.
• Monitor program compliance with VOALA policies and required procedures; maintain documentation.
• Coordinate outreach with community partners and landlords; train and mentor staff.
