Job summary

Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking a Program Supervisor II to provide experienced supervision and administrative support to meet program goals. The role entails overseeing daily operations, ensuring data quality and service delivery, and coordinating with the Director to achieve funding and program objectives.

The position requires on-site work, fingerprint clearance, and an Associate’s degree with supervisory experience in social services.

Qualifications

• Fingerprint clearance and background check required.
• Ability to manage day-to-day program operations and supervise staff.
• Education: Associate’s degree or combination of relevant education and experience (2 years).

Responsibilities

• Supervise program staff to meet contracted daily KPIs and ensure data quality.
• Oversee intake, service plans, and delivery of services to clients.
• Conduct weekly case conferencing and monthly case file audits.
• Maintain program compliance and documentation; train and mentor staff.
• Coordinate outreach with community partners and stakeholders.
