Job summary

Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking a Program Supervisor II to provide experienced administrative support and lead program staff toward meeting contracted daily KPIs, data quality, and service delivery. This on-site role requires coordinating operations and ensuring compliance.

You will supervise intake, develop service plans, mentor staff, and collaborate with partners to expand impact in the Los Angeles area; the position offers a competitive hourly rate and benefits.

Qualifications

• Fingerprint clearance and background check required.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent; 2 years of related education/experience.
• 12 months of supervisory experience in a social services organization.
• Ability to pass background checks including criminal history.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program staff to meet grant objectives and KPIs.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations, intake, service plans, and service delivery.
• Conduct weekly case conferencing and monthly records audits.
• Ensure program compliance with VOALA policies and procedures.
• Mentor staff and train on policies and procedures.
• Coordinate outreach with community partners and stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.
