Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of PC applications, Windows, and Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience working in an office environment.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Data entry into the firm’s electronic database and storage system.
• Organize and maintain electronic database, storage system, and physical files.
• Assist attorneys and case coordinators with the day-to-day handling of files and caseloads.
• Communicate with clients by phone and email.
• Draft basic legal documents for attorney review and filing.
• Draft closing documentation upon settlement with accounting coordination.
