Job summary

GLP Attorneys is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support our Trial Teams and Trial Mentoring Program, ideally based in our Burlington or Bellingham office. This full-time role provides comprehensive litigation support, including document prep, discovery, case organization, deadline management, witness coordination, and trial preparation.

The ideal candidate has litigation experience in plaintiffs’ personal injury, strong organization, client service, confidentiality, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Litigation experience required, with trial prep and support.
• Minimum two years in plaintiffs’ personal injury law.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.
• Strong organization and ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Trial Teams to support litigation and trial prep.
• Manage cases through litigation and trial.
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery responses, and memoranda.
• Coordinate with experts and witnesses; organize trial materials.
• Maintain and organize case files and trial exhibits; witness lists.
• Prioritize deadlines and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
