Harding Mazzotti, LLP seeks a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of the litigation process, from case initiation to discovery, trial, and post-trial activities.

Ideal candidates will have strong PC skills, excellent communication, and prior personal injury litigation experience, with the ability to manage e-filing, document preparation, and client coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of PC applications, Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior personal injury litigation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist litigation attorneys with depositions, mediations, arbitrations, trials, and appeals.
• Draft correspondence and legal documents, including summonses and complaints, bills of particulars, various discovery demands and responses and settlement documents.
• File legal documents and file and serve motions, including affidavits and memoranda of law.
• E-file documents in Federal Court and the New York State Court of Claims.
• Obtain and maintain client medical records in electronic filing system; organize and maintain all legal documents.
• Maintain telephone contact with clients, expert witnesses and outside vendors; schedule interviews and meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
