Job summary

AEG Vision is seeking a Practice Manager to inspire, develop, and support the team, delivering exceptional patient care and achieving meaningful business results. This role is the primary on-site leader responsible for creating a consistent, patient-centered, high-performing practice environment.

You will lead people, processes, service, technology, and business execution, partnering with the Optometrist and field leadership to align clinical service and practice growth in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in optical, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or a comparable service environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• Experience in optical or healthcare leadership is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily practice operations, patient flow, staffing, scheduling, and labor planning.
• Serve as the primary on-site floor leader ensuring patient care standards and performance goals.
• Coach and develop team members; establish clear expectations and daily priorities.
• Collaborate with Optometrist and District Manager on service alignment and growth.
• Monitor performance trends, patient feedback, and operational barriers to improvement.
