You will partner with the Optometrist and leadership to align clinical service offerings, optimize workflow, and coach staff to meet performance goals. The role emphasizes accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• State licensure required.
• Optical dispensing experience required.
• 3+ years leadership in optical/healthcare

Mansioni

• Lead daily practice operations and patient flow.
• Develop staff and coach for performance.
• Partner with Optometrist on exam flow and service alignment.
• Monitor patient feedback and service trends.
