Zusammenfassung

AEG Vision in Suffolk, VA is seeking a Licensed Practice Manager to inspire and support the entire team, deliver exceptional patient care, and achieve meaningful business results.

You will lead daily practice operations, optimize patient flow, coach staff, manage staffing and priorities, and collaborate with the Optometrist and field leadership to ensure high-performing, patient-centered service across the site.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience in optical, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or a comparable service environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; optician certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily practice operations, patient flow, staffing, scheduling, labor planning, service execution, and operational consistency across the practice.
• Serve as the primary on-site floor leader ensuring alignment, patient needs, service recovery, and real-time priorities.
• Partner with Optometrist to support exam flow, clinical support expectations, and evolving service offerings.
• Lead, coach, develop, recognize, and hold staff accountable for performance and patient care standards.
• Support new hire development, training, and adoption of systems and technology.
