Job summary

Legends Global in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an IT support specialist to install and configure POS systems at live events. You will set up terminals, printers, and payment peripherals, test network connectivity, and ensure uptime during events.

You will provide on-site staff support, troubleshoot hardware and software, document performance, and assist with ERP-related event tasks. Heavy travel (up to 35%) is required, with on-site work at venues and client locations.

Qualifications

2-year degree in related field or 2+ years of help desk/desktop or POS support experience.
Experience with POS systems such as AtVenu or Square is preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Install and configure POS hardware and peripherals at events.
Establish and test network connectivity (wired/wireless) for POS operations.
Prepare and stage equipment prior to event launches and maintain uptime during events.
