Job summary

Tampa Bay Bottling, an affiliate of Brooklyn Bottling, is seeking a Plant Bookkeeper for its Dade City, FL production facility. This on-site role handles day-to-day accounting and forwards records to HQ in Milton, NY. You will manage AP, AR, payroll, month-end close, inventory, and reporting, with occasional weekends during inventory periods.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience including AP/AR and payroll.
• Experience with QuickBooks or an ERP system.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Accurate, organized, able to meet recurring deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping for the plant and liaison with HQ.
• Code and enter vendor invoices; match to POs and receiving docs.
• Prepare deposits; apply payments and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Review time punches; track PTO; send payroll data to HR at HQ.
• Reconcile bank/credit card accounts; prepare journal entries.
• Inventory counting reconciliation and variance investigation.
• Prepare recurring reports on production, inventory, labor, materials.
• Support ERP implementation data validation, testing, and training.
