Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related financial experience.
• Experience with bank reconciliations, AP/AR processing, and financial recordkeeping.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High school diploma required; accounting coursework or degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, general ledger accounts, and supporting documentation.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with payroll processing, employee expense reporting, and related accounting activities.
• Prepare financial reports and support month-end close procedures.
