Orqa Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations, inventory accounting, multi-state sales tax compliance, and month-end close.

The role reports to the General Manager and offers mostly remote work with occasional in-person sessions near Bradenton, FL. The ideal candidate has 4–6+ years in inventory-based bookkeeping, deep FIFO expertise, and experience with QuickBooks Online and an ERP transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or accounting experience in an inventory-based environment.
• Experience with FIFO inventory costing and GAAP month-end close.
• Strong Excel and ERP data migration/COA mapping experience.

Aufgaben

• Oversee inventory records and cost of goods sold using FIFO.
• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping and month-end close per U.S. GAAP.
• Manage AP/AR workflows and cash flow tracking.
• Ensure multi-state sales tax compliance and certificate maintenance.
• Support ERP transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
