FastTrack Staffing is seeking an Assistant Bookkeeper to join our financial team in Florida. The role focuses on supporting efficient bookkeeping, using QuickBooks to manage data entry, inventory, and invoice cataloging.

The successful candidate will bring a solid understanding of debits and credits, journal entries, and account reconciliation, with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven recent experience as a bookkeeper or assistant bookkeeper, ideally within corporate sectors.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks (including QuickBooks Online).
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts including debits & credits, journal entries, account reconciliation, and double-entry bookkeeping.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
