Job summary

TechInsights in Denver, Colorado, is seeking a People Partner to work with our Sales, Product, Market Intelligence and Commercialization teams, blending strategic partnering with day-to-day programs that keep our people experience running smoothly.

You’ll help shape and administer our US benefits and leave programs, work across the US, Canada, UK, and Poland, and collaborate with regional colleagues on plan design, vendor relationships and compliance with employment law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS are a plus.
• Solid grounding in employee relations with discretion and sound judgment.
• Experience designing and administering benefits and leave programs; multi-country exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR business partner to leaders across the USA.
• Coach managers on performance conversations, team dynamics, and organizational design.
• Lead onboarding and integration support for new hires within client groups.
• Develop and maintain US benefits, leave programs, and related vendor relationships.
• Support recruitment for client groups and contribute to engagement and learning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws across jurisdictions and monitor benefits cost data.
